A "Total Wellness Experience" awaits you

What are the essentials of feeling healthy? Not only feeling healthy, but actually knowing that you are healthier? Is there such a thing? In today's society, we seem to miss the boat when it comes to proper nutrition, and because we do we miss out on healthy living.

American lifestyles are one of wanting everything fast, and results with little or no effort. Especially when it comes to the food we eat. Think about it. How many times do you eat out in a week? Of those, how many times was it fast food? What about microwavable or TV dinners? Our bodies collect build up in our colon just like a car with old oil. In order for any nutritional value to be absorbed, there are two key factors to consider:

1. Nutritional intake is more efficiently absorbed in liquid form or in
encapsulated form.

2. The colon is where critical nutrients are absorbed, so a clean colon will
increase the absorption rate of any and all nutritional intake.

So what does this mean to you? Well, do any of the following apply to you? :

- low energy levels
- poor sleep
- weight issues
- high cholesterol
- diabetic

If any of these apply to you, which ones? Can any of these be improved? Our body was created to be healthy and to be able to repair itself. All the proper nutrition for our bodies, to maintain itself ideally, were put on this planet. Unfortunately, we tend to take the easy and fast way to supply our body with food. Proper nutrition has been lost in our fast way of living. We eat on the run, we eat the quick and easy thing to prepare. The good news is, there are lots of great nutritional supplements on the market to help offset this. Complete nutrition, not just a single pill or drink, is what is going to accomplish this.

So how is this achieved? As a Wellness Experience Facilitator, I help show people how to Build, Boost, and Circulate. BUILD, BOOST, CIRCULATE? What does that mean? Well, I am talking about a whole body approach to optimal health, not a miracle diet or magical pill, but a daily protocol of whole body nutrition. So again, how is this achieved?

First, we need to BUILD. Build our immune system, by balancing our PH levels. Most people in our society don't even know what this is and don't even track it. Proper PH balance is essential for achieving and maintaining optimal health and fighting disease. To remain viable, the body must stay in a slightly alkaline state. The bad news is that with our diets these days contributes to mostly acidic tissues and fluids in the body. Research shows that a chronic acidic state in the body is a potential contributor to various diseases, including osteoporosis. Bone minerals function as a reservoir in the body to buffer and control the pH of blood and tissues. If the body is constantly in an acidic state, then bone minerals will eventually be depleted, leading to osteoporosis. Most people in our society are highly acidic (below 6.5 ph level). Acidity is caused by many factors in our world, but the biggest culprit is the type of food we take in versus the type of food that we need to take in. Our bodies require 7 - 9 servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Do you take in 7 - 9 servings daily? How about 5? Three? It is a challenge these days to do that on a consistent basis. What's the good news? A greens product that contains young cereal grasses with various nutrients, including minerals, vitamins, amino acids, fiber, protein and enzymes. Especially one that has a good resource of chlorophyll, which protects and builds healthy cells, including blood cells. Chlorophyll also supports immune function and is a detoxifying agent. Studies show that a pH level of 7.5 or higher doesn't allow diseases an environment to live in.
